Because my cat decided to chase a bug on the outside of the screen in the window and he knocked the grid out of the window and the vase on the previous blog fell into this little beauty and smashed it to smithereens. So I have all this scrap 96 coe glass to use up in other pieces. plus the footing there. My husband said now I need to go back to Vegas and take another class and make another bowl or 2 or 3...My response was WHEN????? Yeah!!!!!

I made the fall stained glass and fused painted piece on the left.
Here is a small 1 3/4" round pendant type piece it was fired at least 5 times and I love the way it turned out. It looks like the state of Michigan is floating through the clouds . Maybe I did that on purpose!!!!!!! I think it is too big for a pendant but don't quite know what to make it into! Maybe a pin!

This little bowl sat as a flat piece for a long time. The picture is not real great. It has irridized glass where the clear is.... so it's very pretty.
These little beauties were made using PMC clay that when fired turn to Pure Fine Silver. My heart one would have had to be cast to get the same results if PMC was not available. The two with glass in them were fired in a kiln with the glass in place. The other one without the glass was torch fired. I may take one more step with the one that was torch fired, and add some contrast by using liver of sulpher. I'll post the results later.
